3. Orders & Product Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mystic Fish Camp. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Discontinue products or change product offerings at any time without notice

We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your device and settings.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total where required by law.

Payment is due at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping (United States Only)

At this time, Mystic Fish Camp ships within the United States only.

Shipping times and delivery estimates may vary based on destination and carrier performance. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mystic Fish Camp is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Mystic Fish Camp gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for how and where to send your package

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@mysticfishcamp.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

In addition, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale/discounted items (Final Sale)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Promotions & Discounted Items

Discounts, promo codes, and promotions may be limited-time offers and may include exclusions. Mystic Fish Camp reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, product names, graphics, artwork, photography, designs, text, and other materials, is the property of Mystic Fish Camp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
